The books below are well worth the read/listen to if you want to understand more about the various battles/history of the Falklands War.

3 Days in June by James O'Connell

Covers in great detail about 3 Para's battle for Mount Longdon on the 11-12th June 1982.
​
Written from and using first hand accounts from both soldiers from 3 Para, and the Argentine defenders, this book is a must read if you want to learn more about the arduous task that presented itself to both sides on those fateful days.
The Falklands War: There and Back again by Maj. Mike Norman and Michael Jones
​
This book details Major Mike Norman's accounts of commanding Naval Party 8901 during the Argentine Invasion on April 2nd 1982, and his return to the Falklands as commander of J Coy, 42 Commando, 3rd Cdo Brigade during the land campaign.

We highly recommend reading this book if you want to learn more about Naval Party 8910's herioc efforts to hold off the Argentine invasion.

Mark Adkin's book on Goose Green geos into great detail about the buildup, the battle and the aftermath.
